HAITI UPDATE
“Never late, only delayed”
In Uganda, when a person has not arrived on time for a planned meeting, my friends there will never say that the person is running late, only that they have been delayed.
What I am finding is that in doing God’s work, especially internationally, many times things may not work on my desired schedule, but under a Sovereign King, I can be assured that the work is never late, only delayed.
Concerning my trip to Haiti, unfortunately due to the death of Dr. Johnny, which has led to more obstacles in getting the government certificate for the
Victory Center Orphanage, my departure has now been ‘delayed’ until Mid-February.
This may prove to be God’s goodness to me, as I have been enabled to raise more of my support in the mean time, and have more time to work on the necessary preparations for the summer outreach to the U.K.
My current estimated departure date is February 18th. I am scheduled to take part in a mission conference at Friendswood Baptist Church in Friendswood, TX, on February 1-5, and am looking for any other churches who may be interested in having me in as either a guest speaker or as a potential missionary to support between now and my departure.
If interested, contact me at singram@heartofgodinternational.org.
This will be the first outreach of this kind for HGIM, as we attempt to minister to multiple nations gathered in one location, and will also be our first team of international evangelists, bringing together Christians from the U.S., India, Uganda, and Pakistan.
