Heart of God International Ministries (HGIM) needs prayer! You read that right … we need prayer!
For the past few years, a small team of men and women prayed for prayer requests that were submitted to them via email. A few months ago, however, it was realized that we needed a better way to engage men and women of all ages from all over the world to help us pray for the many needs represented by the ministry and by our friends.
“Palal Partners dot org” was born! A new way to communicate prayer requests has been developed. But, along with this, HGIM’s prayer team, Palal Partners, have the added ability to share their prayers, post updates and/or other prayer requests, and interact with others on the team. Finally!
What is a “Palal Partner?”
A Palal Partner is a friend and partner of HGIM who prays for the growing network of ministries known as HGIM, it’s Board and Administrative Staff, and the friends who share their prayer needs with us.
Where Did You Come Up With the Name?
The Hebrew word used for pray as Hannah prayed before the Lord is translated from the Hebrew word palal (see 1 Samuel 1:10-20) . The English translation for palal is “to intercede, pray, intreat, make prayer, make supplication.” The word palal literally means to “fall down to the ground in the presence of one in authority pleading a cause.“
A “Palal Partner” Prays For …
- The HGIM Network Founders, Executive Staff, Volunteer Staff, Board of Directors, and their respective families
- The HGIM Network: East Africa, Haiti, India, Israel, Pakistan, Soldiers Bible Ministry, and each volunteer and their families
- All projects, outreaches, publications, conferences, meetings, and endeavors of HGIM Network
- Prayer requests submitted by friends of HGIM everywhere
- The Palal Partners and their families
- Leaders of international, national, state and local governments
- The peace of Jerusalem
How Does it Work?
Prayer requests from any of the HGIM Network of ministries or those received from friends and family are posted on a private part of the Palal Partners dot org website.
Partners are free to log in any time of day or night to view the prayer requests, share their thoughts and prayers, post a prayer or an update, or even post a new prayer request they may have become aware of.
Is There a Membership Fee?
Absolutely not! We would consider it an honor to have you participate in this ongoing prayer initiative. We don’t ask for any membership fees or anything from our Palal Partners other than their commitment to pray and to honor the confidence of those who submit prayer requests.
How Do I Sign Up?
Thanks for asking! It’s easy and not at all complicated. Simply visit the website at http://palalpartners.org and look for the menu item titled, “Palal Partner Application.” Your application will automatically be submitted, reviewed, and if accepted, you will receive instructions for accessing the private area of the website. Please set up your “login” account when you apply, so permissions can be assigned to your login information.
